Center yourself with Mindfulness at Moon. On January 27 at 6:30 PM, adults will learn relaxation techniques, mindfulness, and how they can help with stress. The class includes a guided meditation, a moving meditation from Tai Chai or another martial art, a short restorative yoga flow, and a cooldown period to relax how you please.
