Mindfulness at Moon: Basic Meditation

Hi everybody, Ms. Roxanne here. I have practiced mindfulness meditation for years and created this video to help others deal with stress in this downright scary time. This is a 5 minute guided exercise which uses counting the breaths as a focus point.
