Moonwalk Exercise Group Spring 2019

Moonwalk is back, so lace up your tennis shoes and come out this 6 week walking program for adults 55 + up. This program is designed to help you stay fit and healthy while you socialize. Healthy snacks are provided.

Moonwalkers meet weekly Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings. You can show up for one or both slots. No registration is necessary, but please stop by the Circulation Desk to fill out our Moonwalk Waiver prior to walking.

The first Moonwalk Exercise Group meetings are Tuesday, May 7 at 6:00 PM and Thursday, May 9 at 9:00 AM.
