Looking for a great way to get some exercise? Want to try something indoors that burns calories, pumps your heart, but doesn’t leave you exhausted? Come to our walking workout! On September 28 at 11 AM, we’ll follow along with a fun, music fueled workout on YouTube and cool down with some stretches, water and a healthy snack afterwards.

Teens 15+ and adults of all ages welcome to attend.
