Miss Nicole is sharing her recipes in Family Foodies. Here is her PB&J Smoothie recipe.


  • 1 cup of milk (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 banana
  • 2-3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • Optional: Add chia seeds for protein!
