Fiction Book Club

Join a fantastic group of readers on the second Monday of the month at 7:00 PM to discuss a new book from a variety of authors and genres.

Moon Book Reviews

Write a book review and have a chance to get published on our blog and social media pages. Pick up your review sheet on Miss Heather’s desk.

Reading Social Book Club

A book club for older adults on every third Thursday of the month at 2:00 PM.

Sunday Afternoon Book Club

Teens from grades 9 to 12 and adults of all ages meet on the fourth Sunday of every month at noon to discuss a book that appeals to multiple generations.

Adult Crafternoon

A DIY crafting session held one afternoon every month. Crafts include holiday luminaries and fairy jars. all 412-269-0334 or register online to reserve your spot.

Brown Baggers & Library Lovers

This once-per-month group is for anybody who wants to read, play games, or relax in our Sky Room while they have lunch.

Great Decisions

Great Decisions is a world affairs discussion group created by the Foreign Policy Association. This event is in the Sky Room every other Wednesday at 9:30 AM.

Kidney Care Class

Join certified Kidney Smart Educators for a 90-minute class about coping with Chronic Kidney Disease. Classes address various topics related to kidney health and general wellness such as how to create an action plan to manage your health, causes of kidney disease, diet resources that can help you manage your diet, and how insurance counselors can help you navigate coverage.

Knitting Club

A knitting club for knitters of all levels held every Wednesday at 1:00 PM. Supplies are not provided but advice is readily available.

Lyme Disease Support Group

Dr. Linda D’Eramo invites those who are affected by Lyme Disease to share their coping mechanisms, concerns, and to support each other. Meetings are at 6:00 p.m. on the last Tuesday of the month with a new topic highlighted at each meeting.

Maker Mondays

Learn some STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) skills with this makerspace workshop for adults on one Monday evening every month. Projects include e-textiles, paper circuits, and more.

Moon Genealogy Club

Who’s in your family tree? Find out by joining this genealogy research group. They meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every
month at the Moon Municipal Building at 7:00 PM.

Moonwalkers

Seniors can keep fit with us by joining this walking group one morning and one evening each week during Spring and Fall. Walkers will be provided snacks and water.

New Movie Premiere Night

Catch the hottest DVD release one evening each month on our big screen with free snacks and refreshments.

Tuesday Take & Make
